Meet The Team
Scott Gardner - Sevro founder.
A skilled, also qualified Golf Course Manager and Landscape Gardener. Started operating machinery on the family farm in Blackburn at a very young age, went on to do agricultural contracting as a teenager for local companies and then completed a greenkeeping apprenticeship.
Scott then moved over to Landscaping, Arboriculture and Grounds Maintenance, where the passion for improving landscapes really matured.
Whilst Landscaping, Scott did 6 years as a Supervisor and Grounds Maintenance Team Manager, followed by a spell as Contracts Manager. This then followed on to running a successful local landscaping business, with clients in both commercial and domestic sectors such as, Tesla, United Utilities, and many private customers.
Scotts passion for Golf meant a transition over to Golf Course Management in 2016 where he became level 5 HND qualified. Enjoying very successful spells at golf courses managed. Scott's passion for agronomy, maintenance of turf, and construction, is the driving force behind the start up of Sevro Groundcare Ltd.

Scott Gardner (R&A Scholar)
As an R&A Scholar, Sevro Director Scott Gardner volunteered with the R&A to help support The Technical Agronomy Team at the 151st Open Championship, at Royal Liverpool.
